Actually, the mythical beast may not be a proper part of Hilton's menagerie just yet. It turns out she just hired it — or, really, a white horse with a pointy plastic horn stuck to its forehead — for a new music video shoot, because Paris Hilton is still shooting music videos, and we thank her for it. (This time, the video spectacular is for a forthcoming single, titled "Come Alive.")
Hilton shared more photos of her petting the creature on Instagram, along with captions like, "I kissed a unicorn!" and, "living the dream," because every day in the life of Paris Hilton is, presumably, like living a dream. She also shared a shadowy shot of someone (herself?) dressed up like a feathery Vegas showgirl, and this epic close-up of her sparkly, starry makeup for the shoot:
Clearly, more music videos need to take beauty inspiration from that old America's Next Top Model photo shoot where Tyra made the models wear bald caps and then stuck Swarovski crystals all over them, because that was good fun. I know Paris hasn't shaved her head, but still:
Anyway, Hilton set a high bar for campy-but-dead-inside spectacles with last year's glow stick party video for "Good Time," but it seems like she's raising her game again. Unicorns are serious business, after all.
